Using Iris

By using Iris you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Iris is published at irisphotostudio.co by an independent developer working as Iris Photo Studio, and is operated from Singapore. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Your photos remain yours

You keep all rights to the photos you submit. You grant us only the permission needed to process them so the app can return settings and edits to you.

Do not submit photos you do not have the right to use.

Guidance, not a guarantee

The settings and edits Iris suggests are informed recommendations, not guarantees of a particular result. Photography depends on conditions the app cannot see. Always use your own judgement, and take your own test shots for work that matters.

Acceptable use

Do not use Iris to break the law, to upload content you have no right to, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Availability and changes

The app and its server features are provided as-is and as-available. They may change, or be unavailable, at any time.

To the extent the law allows, Iris is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it — including any photograph that does not come out as you hoped. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
