Delete your Iris account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Iris app, published by Iris Photo Studio, and what happens to your data.

Delete it in the app

1. Open Iris and go to the You tab.
2. Tap the settings (gear) button at the top right to open Edit Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app, email hello@irisphotostudio.co from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. If you signed in with Apple using "Hide My Email", tell us the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings. We will confirm once it is done, within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email address, password hash and Sign in with Apple link.
• Your profile: name, handle, location and bio.
• All of your sign-in sessions, so every device is signed out.
• Any pending verification or password-reset codes.

This is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting in the app also removes your edit library, saved presets and shot history from that phone. Photos you saved to your photo library are yours and are not touched.

What we keep

We do not keep a copy of your account after deletion. Our servers' short-lived operational logs may still mention your email address until they are cleared as part of normal log rotation.
